Train Smarter. Dispatch Better.
Dispatch360
Dispatch360 puts a trainee in the call-taker’s chair — a live AI caller on the line, a full CAD system on the screen, and the radio in their ear — then scores the call the way a training officer would.

Answer & dispatch
Talk the caller through it while running CAD, NCIC, and radio in parallel.
- 03
Get scored
A rubric grades the call against ground truth; the event log records every turn.
- 04
Coach & repeat
Instructors review sessions and trainees re-run to improve the score.
Under the hood
Dispatch360 is the most integration-heavy simulator — real AI, real voice, real maps — with graceful fallbacks when a key is absent.
- OpenAI — caller intelligence
- ElevenLabs — caller voice
- Google Cloud TTS — radio
- Google Maps + Leaflet — geocode & map
- Upstash Redis — rate limiting
- Resend — account email
Questions
Dispatch360 FAQ
Do trainees need a microphone?
Yes — calls are spoken. The trainee talks to the AI caller over the mic and hears the caller’s voice back through ElevenLabs.
How are calls scored?
Each scenario defines a ground truth; a rubric scores the trainee’s handling against it, and an append-only event log records every turn for instructor review.
Can we edit or add scenarios?
Yes. Scenarios are versioned in the database with immutable snapshots, so past sessions always reference the exact version that was run.
